Q: Can I place my order by phone, fax, or email?
A: To keep prices at a minimum we prefer orders via the website. We do accept orders by email, fax, and phone for those in need of special assistance. Feel free to visit our Contact Us area for any special inquiries.

Q: How do I preview my order?
A: Currently we only provide a sample image of our products to showcase the overall quality to be used as a template. We use the latest manufacturing techniques to turn your order into a professional quality product. We have industry professionals that review each and every order for quality guarantee before shipping.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days, but this time may increase during busy periods. We will notify you by email if there are any unexpected delays in the dispatch of your order.

Q: My order has not yet arrived, what should I do?
A: Please contact us if you have not received your order within five working days after the date of dispatch mentioned above, (some UPS ground deliveries take up to six days depending on your location).

How do I change or cancel my order?
A: We will use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production. If order is changed, there may be an additional setup charge. Orders may begin pre-production within 30 minutes of order, any changes after this point will be charged extra. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the full amount of the order for all orders cancelled at this stage. Returns for refunds are accepted only once approved by, contact us for additional information.
