1. Q -
How much do you charge for engraving?
A - Typically
most of our products INCLUDE the engraving of up to 30 WORDS and your
logo (if we have it on file ). This is WORDS not LETTERS , so you should
be able to say everything you need to say without any additional engraving
charges ! If you do choose to write a book on there , then additional
WORDS are only a quarter each !
2. Q -
How long will it take before my order is done?
A - Most
items are ready within 3 to 4 business days for either pick up or shipping.
Promotional items and some custom specialty pieces may take longer -
your customer service representative can discuss this with you during
the ordering process.
3. Q -
Can you ship my product directly to my Awards Presentation?
A - Absolutely
- we will be happy to ship any order for you ! We can even ship your
order internationally !
4. Q -
Do you have my logo and, if not, how much will it cost to add it to my
award?
A. - We
have a vast library of corporate and stock artwork. We will check our
art files for your exact logo. If we do not have it , you can choose
from our art files for NO ADDITIONAL cost. The first time we do YOUR
LOGO there is a one time art charge of $ 35.00 to digitize and retain
it on file for all of your awards !
5. Q -
How Can I send you my logo?
A - We
prefer that you email us Corel Draw files up to Version 8. This format
is a .cdr format. We can accept other formats such as : .eps , .tif,
.ai Please make sure to convert all text to curves or attach the font
folders. And of course there is always snail mail.
6. Q -Will
I receive a confirmation of my order?
A - Yes,
we will email you a receipt of your order, and we will keep you advised
of any questions we have about finalizing your order.
